Changes in diet for children with ADHD can help

If you want to help your child to throw some of these symptoms, it is necessary to experiment with what they feed. Since studies have shown the relationship between ADHD and what their children eat, just canceling or adding certain foods can reduce symptoms, or even get rid of them.

* Sugar, this is probably one of the hardest to eliminate foods that so many drinks. If you can not prevent 100%, reaching as close as you can. (Remember that only two weeks)

* Especially Kennedy - Chocolate

* Artificial Sweeteners including saccharin, NutraSweet, aspartame, I know, I know! Was your solution is not sugar?

* MSG-if you see any material, ot back on the shelf.

* Processed meats, when they read the material label and you can not express, and put it back on the shelf.

* Fried Chicken, and anything else that is fried.

* Artificial food colors, you must be registered red, yellow or blue with a series of what. Do not touch them now.

After two weeks until you start to put food back to feed your children as follows.

Add one food every other day. Eat as much as possible food that every day for four days. If your child has a problem with one of the dishes, you'll see a reaction, "In four days, like hives on the body, or ears turning red, or even increase hyperactivity. Diets for children with ADHD should also include organic food, as you can afford it, because I know organic food can be expensive.
